Duties
Participation in teaching in any of the courses listed below. Participation in teaching means, for example, participation in labs and tutorials/lessons, grading of assignments, answering students' questions, and supervision of student projects. Requirements
For employment as a teaching assistant, it is a requirement that you are admitted as a student at undergraduate or advanced level. The applicant must show good study results, especially in the area of the course the applicant will help with, as well as very good knowledge of Swedish (only for courses taught in Swedish) and good English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Additional qualifications
Previous experience from participating in teaching in courses at university level is particularly meritorious. Experience with relevant IT systems (Studium) is desirable as well as good knowledge of Uppsala University's organization.

About the employment
The employment is a temporary position according to the Higher Education Ordinance chapter 5 § 12. Scope of employment varies between 2 and 23 %, depending on what course(s) and period(s) you are working. Starting date is 1 January 2023, or as agreed. Placement: Uppsala.

The application must contain a letter in which the applicant briefly describes his / her experience in teaching, language and knowledge (e.g., study certificate). The application must also contain which courses the applicant is interested in and an estimate of the number of hours he/she wants to work (per course and where the number of hours must be 30, 60 or 120). Also submit a copy of your academic transcript.
