Job description - We are looking for a researcher to work in our new project, Healthier Wealthier Families. It is a pilot study of a program aimed at mitigating child poverty in Sweden. The researcher will be responsible for communicating with our project partners, writing the ethics application, conducting data collection and data analysis and writing reports, both popular science and scientific publications.

Requirements - PhD in psychology, behavioral sciences, social work, health services research or public health, with a focus on intervention research and/or implementation. Good knowledge of statistical analysis is a requirement. You should be able to manage the statistical program SPSS, or equivalent, and be able to conduct basic data analysis independently and determine when specialist knowledge of statistics is needed. Previous work on literature reviews (eg using PICO criteria) is especially well regarded.

Similarly, experience in data collection and analysis, as well as publications in international peer reviewed journals is a requirement. Very good knowledge of English - both oral and written - is a requirement as we work internationally and publish in English. Knowledge of Swedish is also a requirement for communicating with our national project partners and for producing reports in Swedish.

You should be ambitious, serious and have the habit of delivering what you undertake. Good social skills are important for building relationships with our project partners as well as the users, which will be an important part of the project. We want you to work independently, but enjoy being part of a team.

Desired skills and experience: Previous experience in project management is also a merit, as is postdoc experience.

Type of employment: Temporary employment 12-13 months with possibility of extension.
