Those who have obtained a PhD degree three years prior to the application deadline are prioritized for the employment. The starting point of the three-year frame period is the application deadline. Due to special circumstances, the degree may have been obtained earlier. The three-year period can be extended due to circumstances such as sick leave, parental leave, duties in labour unions, etc.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is a requirement.

Additional qualifications

Competence and experience relevant to the project’s research questions are advantageous. In particular, experience with applied microeconometric methods and analysis of administrative data (or similar data sources) is highly valued. Special emphasis will be placed on how well the applicant’s skill set complements the expertise of the existing research team.

The assessment of applications is primarily based on the applicant’s ability to conduct independent research based on scientific excellence. Greater emphasis is placed on the quality of each individual scientific work rather than the quantity of publications.
