Tasks
Development and support for other employees in bioinformatics with a focus on laboratory automation, particularly automated systems for cell profiling. You are also expected to participate in the ongoing and overarching work of the organization.
Qualification Requirements
A degree in a relevant subject. Documented experience in the development of systems within laboratory automation. Documented experience with the SiLA standard, including implementation and testing. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and version control using Git. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, as well as good documentation skills.
Desirable/meritorious
Previous implementation of rotbotized systems for cell-based experiment is an advantage.
