Duties
Development and support for other team members in bioinformatics, with a focus on the analysis of cell profiling experiments. You are also expected to participate in the ongoing and overall activities of the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Documented experience in laboratory work, including cell culture, as well as molecular biology and immunological techniques
• Documented experience in flow cytometry and automated high-content imaging microscopy, as well as image analysis using CellProfiler
• Documented experience in multivariate data analysis from Cell Painting using usupervised and supervised methods with conformal prediction.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with version control using Git
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as strong documentation skills

Desired/Meritorious
Previous experience in research on kinase inhibitors is considered a merit.

About the position
 It is a full-time position. Start date: 2025-06-19, end date 2025-09-30. Location: Uppsala.
