Tasks
Development and support for other employees in bioinformatics with a focus on laboratory automation, particularly automated systems for cell profiling. You are also expected to participate in the ongoing and overarching work of the organization.

Qualification Requirements
A degree in a relevant subject. Documented experience in the development of systems within laboratory automation. Documented experience with the SiLA standard, including implementation and testing. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and version control using Git. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, as well as good documentation skills.

Desirable/meritorious
Previous teaching experience in laboratory automation is an advantage. 

About the employment

The employment is a temporary position. Scope of employment 100 %. Starting date 2025-05-10 to 2025-10-31 or as agreed upon. Placement: Uppsala
