Electrification and digitalisation are among the largest areas for the future in the conversion to sustainable societies. The Department of Electrical Engineering conducts successful research and education in these areas - renewable energy sources, electric vehicles, industrial IoT, 5G/6G communication, machine learning and wireless sensor networks as well as smart electronic sensors and biomedical systems. The Department of Electrical Engineering is an international workplace with around 160 employees that all contribute to important technical energy- and health solutions at the Ångström Laboratory.

Duties
As an E+ amanuensis, you will be involved in equal opportunities and equality questions within the bachelor's and master's programs in Electrical Engineering, as well as the Master's program in Renewable Power Generation.
You are expected to engage in equal opportunities and equality questions within the Electrical Engineering programs. The tasks can be different, but include, among other things, networking activities, recruitment activities such as visits to high schools or career fairs. Some of the work will be done in collaboration with PR amanuenses from the mentioned programs.
Requirements
The applicant moste have a bachelor's or master's degree and should be an active student in the Bachelor's or Master's program in Electrical Engineering, or a student in the Master's program in Renewable Power Generation with good academic results. The work involves numerous contacts, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Requirements also good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
About the employment
The employment is temporary according to Chapter 5, §12 of the Higher Education Ordinance. Only those who are admitted to a bachelor's or master's level program are eligible for employment as an amanuensis (Chapter 5, §10 of the Higher Education Ordinance). The position is 10% of full-time. Start date by agreement. Location: Uppsala.
