Duties
The main duty is to lead the development of robust data flows – from microscope to final analysis – by implementing and adjusting image analysis tools for quantitative analysis of microscopy data, primarily from in situ sequencing and other image based spatial omics techniques. Much focus is on large scale data analysis based on machine learning and deep learning/AI. The postdoc position will be placed approximately half time in the Nilsson lab, and half time in the Wählby lab, and includes teaching in the form of hands-on workshops in digital image processing and analysis with life science applications within SciLifeLab BIIF.

The position is for two years, and may include department duties (mainly teaching) at a level of at most 20%.
