Duties/Project: Clinical scoring scales that result in composite scores are increasingly used in clinical drug development and usage. It is therefore a growing interest to adapt existing scales for new uses and develop new scales. There is also a desire to adapt the models and analysis methods of composite scores for new purposes and as basis for other decisions than previously. We work with universities and clinics in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Austria in projects concerning neurodegenerative, autoimmune and rare diseases. We develop methodology for scales evaluated by clinical staff as well as patient reported outcomes (PROs). Data used are originating from clinical trials, public databases and registries.
