At the Department of Informatics and Media, we teach and research in information systems, human-computer interaction and media and communication science. The strength of this composition is that we gather expertise, networks and researchers from different but at the same time touching areas. Duties/Project description:
The work involves both administrative work in relation to courses in systems science bachelor's and master's programmes, but also to assist in laboratory sessions and lessons. The work also includes grading and supervision.
Requirements: For employment as a teaching assistant, it is a requirement that you are admitted as a student at undergraduate or advanced level.
Bachelor's degree with 90 credits in information systems or computer- and systems science or equivalent. Current University studies. Good language skills in English, both in speech and writing.
Terms: Employment as amanuensis is regulated in the Högskoleförordningen, chapter 5. Only the person who has been admitted to undergraduate or advanced education may be employed as an amanuensis (HF chapter 5, § 10).

Other merits
The work places great demands on collaborative ability and on being able to independently pursue and complete tasks within given time frames, even during temporary work peaks. Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, such as the ability to take initiative and solve problems in a constructive way for the organization. It is merit with courses or experience in pedagogy, as well as with the ability to teach and correct information in Swedish. We also see it as extra merit if you are currently studying the first year of the Master's program in Systems Science.
