Researcher to the Lifestyle and Rehabilitation research group - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

The Lifestyle and Rehabilitation in Long-term Illness research group, based at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences, is seeking an experienced researcher, with expertise in the field of Health Psychology

Duties/Project description: The applicant will be chiefly employed to conduct research activities. He or she will be expected to design and carry out statistical analyses, prepare manuscripts for publication, and present work at international scientific meetings.

Requirements: PhD in Public Health, Psychology or similar, experienced in conducting research in Public Health and/or Health Psychology. At least two years postdoctoral research in a related field.

Demonstrated ability to supervise research students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers. Skills in advanced quantitative methods, especially in longitudinal research. Previous experience with mediation/interaction analysis with large datasets. Skills in writing scientific papers in peer-reviewed, international journals.

Excellent skills in the English language; both writing and speaking. Some familiarity with the Swedish language is required for managing data materials independently.

Additional qualifications: An international outlook with demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-institutional collaborative research activities. Skills to support collaborations between academia and industry.
