The Department of Organismal Biology teaches and explores the evolution, development and function on the organismal level. For more information see www.iob.uu.se.
Duties: Segmentation (three-dimensional modelling) of synchrotron scan data of fossil vertebrates.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in vertebrate palaeontology, zoology or similar. Practical experience of segmentation of fossil anatomy from tomographic data sets.
Additional qualifications: Experience with the segmentation software packages VGStudio MAX or MIMICS is valuable.
