The Department of Earth Sciences is one of the most complete such academic departments in Europe. Our research focuses on subjects that range from the Earth’s core to the atmosphere, on scales from submicroscopic structures in minerals to the formation of mountains and oceans. We have teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. Two positions, as teaching assistants, part time at 30%, will be placed at the Wind Power Division at Campus Gotland, Visby.

Duties/Project description:
As a teaching assistant you have a part time employment, as a complement to your ongoing studies. 

Duties:

  • Marketing our programmes and  courses on the Master and Bachelor levels 
  • Contacting incoming students 
  • Assist in teaching and administration of the programmes and courses 
  • Other administrative tasks in the group

Requirements: 
Active student within the Wind Power Project Management field. Fluency in both written and spoken english.

Meritorious:
Good understanding of both written and spoken swedish.

Terms for employment: 
According to the Swedish Higher Education Ordinance, (HF 5 kap § 10), those qualified for employment as teaching assistants are persons who are registered 
students at basic or advanced level.
