Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences has 140 employees and a number of visiting researchers and fellow students. The department has twelve research groups with a common administration and we are doing research and teaching in pharmaceutical cell biology / biochemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical and drug addiction, pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacometry, clinical pharmacy, bioinformatics, imaging mass spectrometry, molecular neuropharmacology, immunology, biological drugs / biotechnology as well as toxicology and drug safety. Work duties

Develop, produce and test biological drugs for epilepsy.

Qualifications required

To be eligibility for a position as a researcher the applicant must hold a PhD in medicine, pharmacy, cell biology, molecular biology or similar field, or a foreign degree equivalent to a PhD in specified areas. Experience from work in vivo, approved FELASA is required and knowledge about epilepsy and how to test drugs for epilepsy is required.

Desirable skills

Experience with protein expression in mammalian cells, protein purification and biochemical analysis of various proteins are valuable.

Pay: Individual salaries.
